It takes a teensy bit more than that, honey. Nothing magical happens between the door of the church and the altar and KA-BLAM! I have to order new checks now. The Department of Public Safety, the Social Security Administration, all my credit cards, my money markets, etc., have to be contacted. And then there's work, and the circus that a name change creates.

I can check my work email. I can even surf the 'net. But under my new name, I have no access to the functions that are necessary to make me a viable part of this team.

It should be fixed by lunch. But driven workaholic that I am, until it's fixed I will be crazy, and unable to do a thing about it.
