Foreshadow

I talked about epileptics the other day, and then had a seizure in front of everyone at work. And I have to go to work and face those folks tomorrow. Today I was telling Erik about a not-very-well-known movie I saw twenty years ago. He turned on the tv and it was on. I am pre-cognitive. Don't try to get anything by me.

The movie was Somewhere In Time - Yeah, not very well-known. So you see why I was so flabbergasted. You should see what this department surprised me with this morning. Flowers, balloons, and a BUNCH of stuff from Dave & Busters! Everybody pooled their tickets and got me a load of presents! I'm so blessed! I have a big Fozzy Bear!

To quote Norma Lahren Wruck: "You should be drinking out of your saucer because your cup runneth over." God Bless The Scooter Store!!!!

Everyone says I hit the floor with grace, and my skirt wasn't up over my head or anything.

To "Your Mom"--your daughter called me EVERY DAY. Talk about Persistence with a capital "P", but then we all know about persistence now, don't we?

I'm blessed for many things. Jehovah God, being in the Truth, my wife, parents, and my job. Also, I'm blessed of the talent that myself and other recruiters have found here in South Texas. D is definitely one of them...kudos to you Mom!

Oh, thank you for your kind words....that persistance is the reason she is still among us!! She was the most amazing patient, and is the most amazing daughter....and friend...I'd adore her even if we weren't related!! And, from what I have been able to gather...she is among some of the most absolutely wonderful people!! God's best to all of you!

Somewhere in Time was my grandma's favorite movie, thus it makes my mom sentimental and teary, and we watch it together. It is well known to the women of my family :) Also! No more seizures! I hate trying to explain mine because I don't have "typical" ones, so when I stare off and don't comprehend what was just said, I look like a SLACKASS instead of a medical condition. And it's too much work for me to tell people. Good luck D!
